If I remember correctly it is 1 in every 3 guys. My brother has sebaceous hyperplasia, and 1) either girls have never noticed it or 2) they are fine with it after an explanation.
In Fact, look for the thread where the guy won some trip and had an orgy with someone's (Paul Markham's maybe?) models. Same thing, and it didn't seem to be a problem .
