He is pretty well respected as a coach but most of his career he has fought off relegation or been in the bottom half of the table. He is very defence minded which the England fans will not tolerate. It'll be interesting to see how he does with England. I think he'll unite them which they absolutely need, I just don't know if he will get the best out of them and make them play consistently as a team.

He also doesn't favour young players really, he tends to stick to experienced players which brings other issues such as pace in attack.

I'm not confident he is the man for the job, I don't give a shit either way, I love seeing them lose anyway
