I think it's a good logic. If ISIS kills 1000 civilians, we also have to kill 1000 civilians. If they kill 2000, we will kill 2000 too! An eye for an eye as the Holly Koran says
Seems both parties are having fun there. Only the Syrian civilians are unhappy and escape to the EU, because Europe needs more rapefugees. Looks like an ideal plan to me
