No, science requires that a hypotheses be repeatable to become fact, many criminals never pay a price for their crimes. All people eventually endure tragedy or bad fortune, when a bad person does it's not some karmic payback.
Bad people continue to be bad people, live recklessly, and the odds catch up to them.
Karma isn't supernatural, it's very human.
