nobody said it was but let me ask you, if you had a 3 year old and you knew the neighbor not more then 10 feet away from you next door got off to cp, would you want him to stay your neighbor?
those who do not intentionally download should not be punished. those who do, should be punished. maybe not to the extent of a producer but never the less....
