I don't think any link dump can guarantee you traffic. Obviously, one's that are higher page ranking might be better in that regard but ultimately, just because you place a link somewhere doesn't mean people will click and then subsequently spend money or click on ads.
Now with that being said, that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to get as many links all over the place. Because search engines will see that and count the backlinks which is great for the SERPS and that can bring you good traffic and potential buyers! Good luck!
