He ties up the Hispanic vote & strongly appeals to conservative Republican Hispanics as he's a devout Catholic, anti abortion, speaks fluent Spanish and has worked educating and getting jobs for Hispanics for over 30 years.

With Trump pegging Hispanics as murders & rapists Kaine is there with arms wide open for disaffected would be Republican Hispanics & solidifies independent & Democratic Hispanics.
