What kind of business? A shop adds nothing to the economy. An exporting company does.
Overall we know mass migration adds nothing to the economy and living standards of most people. If it did migrants wouldn't live in the poorest areas.
My brother-in-law migrated to the UK. He drives a van for a living, has to rely on benefits because his unemployed partner doesn't have a job. Their child is now going to school and hardly speaks English, because the parents speak Czech at home.
