I always like to pay, but my girl doesnt like feeling as if she leeching off me, so I usually pick up dinner and she buys the coffee afterwards... or I pay for the movie and she gets parking...
We went to cirque du soleil, I paid for the tix, she bought dinner before the show... etc etc etc.
I make a lot more money then she does - although she has a good job and bought her own car and pays her own bills - and I feel better knowing I paid the larger share and she can use the savings for something else.
Although a lot of guys dont pay shit anymore... I find that just strange.
