Phone since their corporate is no doubt far away from you. Go as high on the chain as you can work yourself to. Use things like Ummmm, could I speak to your super, or is the dept head in etc.
If the first time you fail to get any reaction, then go for a different dept. I'd start first with Human Resources since they understand (supposedly) the law on whistle blowing and its implications.
I burnt a local company when its plant manager wrongfully was treating the employees the very same way when I was a union steward. And the Head Company was in Canada.
