I have done it many times. If I have fucked lots and cant orgasm it's more polite to pretend satisfaction than to just stop. The girl feels bad like maybe they were not good or I am not interested in them if there is no orgasm. If you know you're not going to cum it gets boring just humping for the sake of humping. Once the girl gets theirs there is not much point to keep going.
