The "establishment" is a group of people that have worked in politics for some time and will always work in politics.
You can also argue that if Trump isn't part of the establishment, he is part of a smaller group that controls the establishment. He said it himself during the Republican depbates when he said he has bought and sold politicians before in the past including "some that were on the stage right now".

The "Establishment" in this case is big business and yes their buying of political power can be stopped. Voters need to turn out for every election with knowledge of who they vote for. Buying politicians should be illegal, funding should come from taxes, not billionaires. The problem is getting politicians in the pockets of billionaires to rule themselves out of a job. So voters have to do it. Europe is doing it.
