Their burn rate seems to be pretty big.
Saying they have 35 mil to fight JUST THIS issue seems like another media scare tactic. They also have the V-chip appeal, attorney fees, regular overhead, etc.
Not sure of their revenue sources but they don't seem plentiful. If they issue new stock to bring in $$$ it would dilute current shares and piss off shareholders. This could run stock below a buck, possibly get them delisted.
Seems like they are scrambling a bit. But this is merely my conjecture.
