Human Resources handles it in alot of companies Rich, but if it doesn't in Wells, then they will know where to route you to the right dept that DOES deal with it. Sales is sales until they are called upon by the powers that be for records. They wouldn't take an outside call except to 86 it. ;-)

You have to follow the right path to get to the place-people that would look into it.

Sort of like, you don't go to the carry out boy at the grocery to make a return right?
