woj, you got it all wrong.
It was ME who was allegedly using copyrighted content. Not MrSkin.
So if the lawsuit ever came forward it would be ME under fire, not MrSkin.
And the DMCA should have been directed at ME and not MrSkin (like i said, i doubt very much there ever was one).
They even got this covered in their terms, that in any possible event the affiliate takes all blame:

Anyway, when I was sending them shitloads of traffic they didn't have any problems. They would say "please remove this" or "please remove that". They only got butthurt to the point of closing the account when I stopped sending them traffic and was getting rebills (which they didn't want to pay).
