Also, when I say 'media buys' I also meant going directly to the site and striking an ad deal not going through a broker like Juicy Ads or Traffic Force. Maybe this is all just semantics but there is a difference between buying ad spots and buying re-directed traffic.
But I would absolutely be interested in learning more and trying out some strategies.
