Putin is entitled to his opinion. I am entitled to choose what to believe of it. Like I do any political leader.
I choose to ignore RT videos on youtube as propaganda just as I ignore the VOA, Press.tv or the BBC usually.
They are state sponsored and paid for propaganda tools.
