Your analogy with GDP is just as stupid as if you would have said that the Mexican army is tougher opponent then Russian one because the Russian GDP is not as high.
In WW2 the Russians kicked ass with their GDP being less then 1/2 of German one. It is not about the GDP who is a superpower, but about kicking ass, and the Russians will always be better at it then anybody else ( except the Japanese) because they can be hungry, but will fight to the death in the next Great Patriotic War the stupid EU and the warmongers in the USA are asking for....
None of you guys get it: A hungry Russian bear is a lot more dangerous then well fed one. So go ahead and start another round of sanctions and make Vladimir's day
