This is just hilarious. He is trying to back pedal this by saying "I was talking about the video of the hostages being released". Bullshit. When talking about the video he said "you can see them taking the money off the plane".
Here is exactly what he said:

And they have a perfect tape done by obviously a government camera and the tape is of the people taking the money off the plane, right? Nobody getting nervous because they're going to be shot because they're shooting a picture of money pouring off a plane."
He fucking lied. He made up a lie to try to shift attention from his current bullshit to something that doesn't even exist. He just accused the current administration of committing a crime, and he lied in the process of doing it. That's one thousand times worse than his drama of insulting military families.
