This is why it's SOOOO important that you choose an ethical agent, plus someone who knows what they are doing. They are few & far between in the high risk industry.
I'm not saying this because they are my competition, I'm saying this because I've dealt with them & it was horrific.

the problem is when you dont just have to pass trough a middle man but you have to deal with someone else before you can actually deal with the middle man to finally get in touch with the bank itself...
i will prefer to wait to hear from the bank first, if nothing happens im really not going to waist another hard pull on my credit, so thank you for the offer
