I hope other people don't make same mistake. Because by their logic (and terms) even using a MrSkin banner to promote their site is grounds for account termination for "trademark infringement". (when it suits them)
And if by site you mean the gallery, i guess it does suck, it been made 10 years ago or so.

They gave you the name of the complainant, the original copyright holder. Why don't you contact the photographer whose work you used without permission and, unlike Mr. Skin, without promoting him?
