I agree that the quality trolling on GFY has declined because previously banned users are allowed to post. So the obsessive, compulsive, bipolar, extremely negative, etc. troll like tornados constantly forcing people off the board.
Maybe Theo or whomever will clean house a bit, maybe not. I have a couple handfuls of people I've been mentoring on a couple social media platforms, most for months, a couple for longer, no way I'm bringing them to GFY until the rules here are regularly enforced again. I can handle banned user Beaner aka Plaster trolling me drunk and insulting me after most every post day after day but no way I'm introducing newbies under my wing to that

What does it say about you that you're checking someone else's ignore list? Who does that? Were you putting negative energy out to her, feeding off the response, then wondering why you weren't getting the fix you expected?
