Leaving out just Russians and none of the other countless countries is another jab from the western elite to show Russia the reach of their power, that's it. Dirty, corrupt politics as usual in line with the present anti-Russia agenda. To anyone with half a brain this is so obvious, to the ones who are prone to brainwashing not so much.
