It rarely receives DMCA takedown notices and has complied with the ones it has.

It's a WordPress-based site and requires almost no work. It notifies you via email of potential spam posts for you to approve or deny...which is maybe one a day, if that.

It's already been approved for Mr. Skin Cash affiliate program. Would just need to reapply under your own name.

I never got a chance to put ads on it to earn revenue, so I can't tell you what it brings in. I'll let you decide what its potential is based on its name, its traffic, the ads and affiliate campaigns you may want to put on it, etc.

I'm not only selling it due to my not having the time it deserves, but because of a die financial situation that has stricken me and my wife.
