If I go out to dinner, or have a Five Guys Burger I just subtract the appropriate things from the list. Some days I just go off the list and have whatever the fuck I want. That's one of the pleasures of having low body fat...eating whatever you want and not worrying about getting fatter. You'd be surprised how hard it is to get your body out of this state once you're in it.
I'll probably buy that BioRing just for curiosity's sake.

Isnt it a wonderful feeling in shape and being able to eat whatever you want. If anything our cheat meals help us make progress and gains once it comes time to get back into training. Use food to your advantage!
