Paul is either:
1. Trolling because he's bored and has no other outlet.
2. Being paid to post to stir people up to keep a dying board alive.
3. Going completely off his rocker.
4. All of the above.
I suggest people just stop replying to him. Let him live in a vacuum of his own posts. That will make him batshit crazy that people stop paying attention to his drivel.
