Well for example I got 3 chargebacks today from one country (China). I didn't even know we were letting China through. LOL They joined in April and charged back all three months. I know CCBill blocks certain countries but it is also possible to specify which countries you would like blocked I believe.
Anyway these were not affiliate CBs. Most of my traffic is type-ins and I don't have any affiliates with outlandish CBs thank goodness.
But I know India, Pakistan, certain places like that are usually on people's blocked countries list. Maybe they are default. LOL
