It's not just a black thing.. It's a looser mentally that happens to be prevalent in the black and other low income communities.
You will see the same aditudes in low income White and Hispanic areas as well.
What a mean by looser aditudes is the majority of the people living in these areas have no mental ability or desire to better themselves. They will continue on skimping by life with out doing what it takes to move forward.
Sometimes even hard workers can get stuck in the looser mentally so being a lazy leech or a hard worker doesn't change things. It's all about the aditudes of accepting being a looser or not accepting it..
Sometimes you can remove these people from all the other downers and put them into a positive situation and they might do good. Others will still cling to being losers no matter how much you try to help them..
The problem with these inner city people, is no one has ever shown them they don't have to be loosers. They just grow up accepting it.
