Unless you're the alpha of your group you shouldn't have to be taking charge of your own bachelor party setup.
If you're the alpha then suck it up, setup something cheap and part of the festivities is filming your cheapest friends doing completely degrading shit that you'll get joy throwing in their face for years to come. Fuck them for being broke!
Also, nothing wrong with waiting another year and doing it the way you want, if none of the above sparks interest 👍
