Great news...private prisons are run for profit which means that there is an incentive to create more criminals and grow the "industry"...this is some actual good news from the government for a change.
A lot of them are actually used for a sick sort of "legal" slave labor as well...more incentive and the US talks about being against slave labor and yet it exists right here on US soil.
