George W Bush has difficulty reading children's books out loud. Who is going to pay him for commencement speech or any other public appearance? Besides, everyone hates the guy.
So whats wrong with Clintons doing 20 million? Perhaps there is something wrong with W and that's why he is making 5% of what he could have been making.
