Loss/Loss.

- I think if you are talking with a potential client, having made a sales offer to that client, you stick with the offer until business is closed or a customer relationship is established. Your change of business plans should not affect potential clients who have a support ticket open with you. But that's just me, a guy with customers going back to 2005 since the day we opened. And one who lives 3/4 way around the world from you.
Its okay at this point. I realize I need something more robust anyway.
