If anxiety is taking over your life, you're not getting outside and communicating enough. Think of any event you went into sweating, and came out of smiling.. It's so rarely a real disappointment. Also, every so many weeks, do something without alcohol, just to make sure you can still talk to strangers without drinking. It's okay to put in on the calendar, honestly
