Would the affiliate accounts come with the sale of the network?
Yes

What has the revenue been over the last 6 months?
avg over the last 6 months $353 per month

Whats the expense of running the site ( purchased backlinks, server cost ..)?
Hosting $180 a month....no purchased links ... optimized for free traffic...

Reason For Selling
We quit working on these sites 4 or 5 years ago when our kids were growing up so they would not see porn on the computer...and we started a new non adult business. We have no time to work with all of the sites these days.

Whats required to maintain the sites and about how many hours a month does it take?
Honestly we have not worked on them for year. The tubes sites are all tevs and the admin is broken to all them but they still work and keep traffic going. Send Targeted Traffic to each site and you CAN take it back to what it was.

Every site is micro niched and geo targeted for FREE TRAFFIC of that particular niche.

I have attached last 3 years aff account....and 2007 when it was doing better.
