Maybe 90% is a stretch, but hey does it really change much if it was 70%?
When I grew up pretty much everyone around me was racist and it was normal and accepted. I'm not black, but brown enough to dislike the prejudices and I moved away. Nowadays it seems over the top in the other direction. it doesn't matter if what you is true, if it involves color of skin, what you say is racist...
