I don't know about Probilling, but the only thing thing that Verotel seem to have over Globill is that they are an established EU company. Globill moved offshore specifically to thwart the Visa USA rules, and they^H^H^H^Hwe paid for it.
PSW tried a similar trick and again several webmasters got fucked. At least they are still in business, just pulled into line by Visa. Of course that doesn't bring back the Visa rebills I lost, or the costs of providing members a months free access while PSW continued to promise that Visa would be processing again soon.
As an Australian webmaster I have very little choice in third party processors that will accept me, and right now none of them have an Australian presence, so I'm pretty much up shit creek unless I set up a EU or USA corp.
If - after seeing globill and acpay go down - you still choose a processor based on their 'feature' of not charging you the $750 fee... then you've got to be fucking crazy.
