It is a common myth that "nothing" in the Holy Books is true - but rather "all made up". This is false as their is much scientific evidence that support historical events described in many "Holy Books" took place. They were described using the "language" and "customs" of their day.
And this is where the holy "quoters" make their mistake. The situation is similar to reading Shakespear and interpreting those writings in todays language. You wouldn't understand it.
