The domain has been up for sale for one day, and I can honestly say yes.
First offer: $10000.00
Than another offer from someone: $12000.00 (paid $1k for 12 months)
I declined both. I'd like slightly more than $10k. The other offer was reasonable, and I probably would have accepted; However I need the cash up front.
