I don't believe people are "oppressed" in the United States because of their race or the color of their skin. People who consider themselves "oppressed" and those who complain the most all have one common trait - they live in the inner cities. They are oppressed because there is limited opportunity where they live. Oh I'm sure some people are in fact discriminated against because of their race, etc, but I think the reality of it all is they have problems because of where they live.
