Well i am officially resigned now.
Today it became clear to me what was going on.
Remember i said that i was the first to be hired in my region for this department?
Well, everyone else was hired within 4 months ago ... meaning they were not there 6 months yet and could not collect if fired.
So they fired all the people that were there for less than 6 months, and left me and one other person who had been for 9 months now as well.
It was aparent they were only going to break our balls to no end, until we quit.
I wrote out a 3 page letter explaining how disapointed i was in the company and how they treated the employees, i basically recapped all the bullshit they had put me through.
I then emailed it to everybody in the company, as well as signing a copy and leaving it on managers desk (even though we have no manager since he was axed).
oh well .... gonna take some time off now and relax.
