You have pokemon as part of your domain name... wouldn't matter if it was pokemonhentai, pokemonsites, or whatever...
You are using their trademarked name.. just as if you used playboysites in a domain name.. they'd be on you in a heartbeat...
They have every legal right to come after you for that reason.. no matter if your site was just a blank page...
It is guaranteed trouble to use trademarked names..
You have a choice to make and so do they..
If you don't make the right one, then they'll make theirs..
