That is all I really need.
Going to the pull up bar daily at least once a day, once in a while take day or two off.
Also practising balance on some pipes that aren't in the picture.
In addition, doing stretching and other exercises either at home or on the beach.
2 summer seasons in a row, achieved some great results and continue to improve.
And yeah, working out on the beach is fun =)
Once it becomes daily routine, it's pretty easy, your body craves to go out there on its own.

I added pull ups to my workout in March. I could only do 3-4 with strict form but last month I got them up to 15. I started adding weight a few weeks ago and last week I fucked up my inner elbow on my left arm. I feel like I hyper extended it or torn a tendon. Have you ever had any elbow pain from pull ups?
