The breast stroke is great for pecs & over arm forward stroke for speed, but doggy paddle is the similar movement to cross training on the elliptical, using more of your body & much more effort. Try it next time you're swimming

the breast stroke does not work the pecs at all...bees are part of our eco system, but for the cause to kill the mozzis. Sad story, now hoping they change their sprays to be able to rid devils creations without harming Gods
