Sadly, that is so far from the norm. The UK average is still less than 30Mbps. Sure 200Mbps is available in some areas but it is far from the norm and the 200Mbps is exerting a lot of influence on the low 30Mbps average figures.

4K streaming will be looking for 20Mbps as a minimum I'd have thought, probably higher.

With Virgin I recently ugraded from 200Mbps to 300Mbps and whilst the download speed difference is negligble I managed to negotiate a much higher upload speed.

Even at 300Mbps, 20GB takes a lot more 'minutes' than you might think. It's not exactly 'moments'.
