Bongacams finances an illegal site

I am a camgirl. My friend sent me an email with a link telling me to check that out and get my video taken down. I am used to having my videos posted in porntubes and other sites of that nature, but what I wasn't expecting was that my full legal information was posted on the description of my video. All the videos I have ever made were published to the site with my legal information (name, address, phone number, old photobucket account, personal blog URL) on the description.

I look around the site and realize that even though it looks like a porntube, it is actually a site devoted to posting what they call "premium" videos of camgirls (videos that models sell) and recordings from live shows that the models do on their camsites. Sometimes they also share the model's legal information on the info section of the videos like they did with me.

So I try to look at their DMCA removal policy to get the videos taken down as most sites comply with it. But their DMCA policy is designed to cause even more damage to any naive models who might actually believe it. They want the model to take a picture of her face holding a fansign that reads "I AM LILI FOR xxxxxx.com" They ask to be sent this in order to "identify" the person, what a joke. Anon-ib used to have the same DMCA policy and they used these fansign pictures to further humiliate and dox camgirls on their board.

I told my DMCA agent to contact them anyway just to try to take it down. He sent a formal DMCA take down notice ten days ago, but they never replied. My agent tried to contact their hosting provider but it is a server located on the Seychelles that do not reply to emails.

So I tried to figure out how they keep this site running. This is a massive site. They have classified the videos by camsite so they are easy to browse or search, and they have thousands of videos. Which is a very expensive thing to do. Not everyone can keep something like this going because streaming video is very expensive. Guess who is picking up the tab?

Bongacams is. The banner on their site is a Bongacams banner. Bongacams is sponsoring this person, paying him to drive traffic to their site. So the owner of this illegal site is receiving money from Bongacams to doxx girls and steal their videos. If Bongacams wasn't paying this site money, he wouldnt be able to run his site. No serious sponsor would ever sponsor a site like this. Serious sponsors don't pay companies who engage in illegal activities.

Before anyone asks how I know that this is a Bongacams banner, check these two images:

Notice how the website has a category for each camsite (Camsoda, Naked.com, MFC, Chaturbate, etc) except for Bongacams. Since Bongacams is financing them they will hurt everyone except Bongacams models. And Bongacams doesn't seem to care. It looks like Bongacams is okay with this site's hurting the industry as long as it doesnt hurt them.

I am only posting this here after exhausting all other means. I contacted Bongacams support about this issue and they never replied. My DMCA agent contacted them five days ago and they didn't reply. I posted something similar in a camgirl forum and copied the Bongacams reps to the thread and they didn't reply. So I am posting this here now hoping that someone will give me an explanation of why they continue to finance a site of this nature when their activities are illegal and they are violating Bongacams ToS.

I am not about to share the name of the site with anyone here because my full name and other information is up there. But I am willing to give Bongacams the benefit of the doubt and assume that this was an honest mistake. If Bongacams wants to correct this they need to cancel his affiliate account and stop sponsoring him. His affiliate account number is: 300875 If Bongacams wants the URL of the website they can PM me here, I am sure they know the website I am talking about since they have to actually pay him, and they know where they are receiving traffic from, but PM me if there are any doubts.

If anyone is considering signing up for Bongacams affiliate program you should be very careful with your own information and what they do with your signups. I personally wouldn't trust a sponsor that is okay with their affiliates doing illegal activities and doxxing people in the industry.
