I don't agree with Dictators ruling with brutality and tyranny, but look at Iraq and Hussein, since he's been killed look what sprang up and took his place. He held those that would become ISIS down. Some people only understand violence and blood. Who would you rather have, Hussein running Iraq or ISIS? I don't know anything about what's going on in the Philippines but you never know. Sometimes it takes an iron fist.
