From what I can tell its just more dog squeeze from the crowd that thinks they can get something for nothing. The article itself didn't explain anything but used well known BS (space long thought to be empty) anyone with a third grade science education knows that space isnt empty, it contains an abundance of hydrogen atoms (that could be used as fuel)
Whenever these claims pop up...be skeptical because like this one it lacks explanation and as Einstein said, if you cant explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough.
