I used to see this fuck all the time. I am telling you his teeth fucking precede him so you have NO QUESTION if it is him or not. His teeth do not actually protrude but his teeth are so unnaturally white and contrast that with his darker skin and hair and you can see him a car about a block away. After all this time you are telling me that nobody has laid this fucker out on the sidewalk???
