This is an interesting question. If you're an advanced society, do you have a moral obligation to invade some country where there is no rule of law, property rights and women are treated like animals, or do you just leave them suffering and being retarded?
I don't mind being conquered by better people. I live in Croatia and there were lots of invaders throughout the history. All invaders from West vastly improved my country. French people built roads, opened libraries. Same with Italians. Austro-Hungarian Empire was amazing (although we were the least advanced province) - they built railroads that are still in service today etc.
