Hey Michael, I suggest Thursday the 27th. You will have an easier time reserving a club or pub, or section thereof. Friday and Saturday are too crowded for any kind of reservation that's affordable I think...
Monday is probably not good because everyone with kids will be busy for the first part of the night, then tired after that. Plus everyone has to get up early Tuesday.
